Poster – Information & Important Dates

Submission Category

  • Poster Presentation

    Research findings, work-in-progress studies, case analyses, or innovative concepts presented in a visual poster format to encourage interactive discussion and academic exchange.

Submission Guidelines

Poster submissions should summarize the study in a clear and visually engaging format.

  • An abstract (maximum 300 words) must be submitted, including: Title, Keywords (maximum 5), Research Purpose, Method/Approach, Key Findings or Expected Outcomes.

  • Accepted authors will be required to prepare and present a printed poster at the conference venue.

  • Detailed poster size and layout specifications will be provided upon acceptance.

Submission Important Dates

  • Poster Submission Deadline:

    November 10, 2026
    (12:00 PM, KST / GMT+9)

  • Announcement of Accepted Posters:

    November 20, 2026
    (12:00 PM, KST / GMT+9)

The submission system is now open.
All deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, GMT+9).

Each accepted poster must have at least one registered presenter.
If no author completes registration by November 30, 2026 (Late Registration deadline), the paper will be removed from both the conference program and the proceedings.
