Oral Presentation (Presentation Only) – Information & Important Dates

Submission Category

  • Oral Presentation
    (Presentation Only, No Written Paper Required)

    Participants may present research findings, practical cases, innovative ideas, or project outcomes without submitting a full written paper. Presentations will be organized into two formats: Off-line Session and On-line Session (Zoom).

    • Off-line Session

      An in-person presentation conducted at the conference venue.
      Presenters deliver their work onsite and engage directly with the audience through discussions and Q&A.

    • On-line Session (Zoom)

      Participants can join WCST2026 using Zoom.
      Presenters participate remotely and share their work through an online session with opportunities for Q&A.

Submission Guidelines

Presentation-Only submissions require a PowerPoint file in place of a written manuscript.

  • Submission Option:
    – PowerPoint Presentation (English only)

  • The presentation must follow the APA referencing style where applicable.

  • The slides should clearly outline: Title, Research Purpose, Background, Method/Approach, Key Findings or Insights, and Conclusion.

Submission Important Dates

  • Presentation Submission Deadline:

    November 10, 2026
    (12:00 PM, KST / GMT+9)

  • Announcement of Accepted Presentations:

    November 20, 2026
    (12:00 PM, KST / GMT+9)

The submission system is now open.
All deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, GMT+9).

Each accepted poster must have at least one registered presenter.
If no author completes registration by November 30, 2026 (Late Registration deadline), the paper will be removed from both the conference program and the proceedings.
