Undergraduate Pitching – Information & Important Dates

Undergraduate Pitching Competition

  • Innovative ideas and early-stage projects presented in a PowerPoint format by undergraduate students. Submissions should demonstrate creativity, practical relevance, and alignment with the conference theme.

Submission Guidelines

Pitching submissions must clearly and concisely present the proposed idea.

  • The presentation should outline: Problem Statement, Proposed Approach, Expected Outcomes, and Relevance to the Conference Theme.

  • All submissions must follow the APA referencing style where applicable.

  • Submissions will be reviewed based on clarity, originality, and feasibility.

  • Submission Option:
    – PowerPoint Presentation Only (English only)

Submission Important Dates

  • Abstract Submission Deadline:

    October 30, 2026
    (12:00 PM, KST / GMT+9)

  • Announcement of Accepted Submissions:

    November 15, 2026
    (12:00 PM, KST / GMT+9)

  • Presentation Submission Deadline:

    November 30, 2026
    (12:00 PM, KST / GMT+9)

The submission system is now open.
All deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST, GMT+9).

Each accepted poster must have at least one registered presenter.
If no author completes registration by November 30, 2026 (Late Registration deadline), the paper will be removed from both the conference program and the proceedings.

Undergraduate Pitching Competition Award

Accepted Undergraduate Pitching submissions will be evaluated for the Undergraduate Pitching Competition Award, presented to the most innovative and impactful proposal.
